University Secretary

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional professional to the role of University Secretary.

The University Secretary is a trusted adviser who is effective at building relationships, influencing, and guiding high quality strategic decision making at Court and in the Senior Management Team. This is a complex role, playing a crucial role in the critical relationship between Senior Governor (Chair) and Principal, while being visibly independent and confident in acting objectives in the institution’s best interests. As a key member of the Senior Management Team of the University, they provide leadership on Governance, Compliance, Risk and Strategic Planning, and will be expected to contribute to strategic decisions across the full range of University activities.
